These are held at our office at 59 Fletcher Street, Essendon. They include:
Building Contract
Check - Prior to Signing
We provide a check on content and usually suggest amendments and the
inclusion of our three-page addendum to tighten up common provisions
to minimise time and cost overrun, etc. (up to 75 mins)

Problems During/After
Construction
This service is provided to enable discussion of problems and for us to assist in resolving them (up to 75 mins).
Site
Consultation
This service enables clients to obtain independent and expert advice on site in
relation to a perceived problem that has arisen during construction (up to 45 mins).
Design
Advisory Service
Our Design Advisory Service is a preliminary consultation in which one
of our architects or designers meets with you at your property to:
- listen, discuss, and appraise your requirements
- establish existing conditions and possible limitations
- suggest and discuss specific or alternative design solutions
The consultation will
provide you with:
- a sketch plan, developed on site with you
- advice on the viability of the overall project, including design
ideas, construction possibilities, energy efficiency and any Planning Permit
implications
- an approximate cost estimate of having the work done
- a quotation for architectural fees
This consultation
usually lasts 60-90 minutes.
